Olive Press Services

For all you local folks who have a few hundred pounds of olives and have no place to get them pressed, search no further.  We would be happy to press for you.  Our typical pressing window is Nov/Dec.  Be advised that the operation is outdoors so we are limited to some extent by the weather.

The minimum amount to run the press is ~ 200 lbs and we can easily accommodate up to 2,000 lbs a day.  We’re planning to offer a community harvest day for the 2012 season.  On that day anyone can bring in their fruit (by prior arrangement) and we will press all the fruit together and you will get back a proportionate amount of oil to the weight of fruit you submitted.  The cost of pressing will be shared amongst all the participants making it the most cost effective way to get a small batch of oil pressed.
